Cheese is an application to take pictures and video through a webcam built over the Gnome desktop. Cheese is equipped with a variety of interesting effects and funny so suitable for use for retrieval photobooth. The application Cheese is a part of google's summer 2007, the code was written by Daniel G. Siegel and guided by Raphael Slinckx.

For users of ubuntu, to install this application can simply type sudo apt-get install cheese in the terminal or enter the application menu → ubuntu software center then search the cheese and follow the instructions.
To run the cheese click apllication menu → Sound & Video → cheese, if you want more quickly, press alt + f2, type cheese and then press enter.
