IDM IN UBUNTU (PROZILLA)
some time ago I wrote about how to install idm on ubuntu and linux mint using uget and flashgot, the combination between the downloader uget and flashgot addon that allows us to download files faster than the default Firefox downloader. This time I will give you information about prozilla, what it prozilla? Prozilla is based downloader CLI or command line interface so it
should run through the terminal, but you can also download files without copy the download url to the terminal by using flashgot. For speed, prozilla nearly matching the IDM in windows, prozilla also support to resume the file we downloaded.
Some of its features include:
1. Supports FTP and HTTP
2. Supports Resume Download
3. Multiple connections and configuration of connections
4. Support for FTP search and choose the fastest server automatically
5. Used restricted maximum bandwidth (bps / bytes per second)

how to install prozilla in ubuntu
download prozilla.deb in http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/prozilla/prozilla_1.3.7.4-1_i386.deb
install with the command sudo dpkg-i-1_i386.deb prozilla_1.3.7.4 or right click prozilla which we downloaded earlier and open with package installer GDebi in mint or ubuntu linux software center.
If you want to download through the terminal there are several options
-r: used to have the file you download can diresume (depending on the download from where)
-k = 10: sample mean in addition to the downloaded file will be divided into 10 connections.
-max-bps = 30 000: these options are used to melimit bandwidth becomes 30KBps
Example, suppose that we will medownload a file
Proz-r-k = 4 http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/prozilla/prozilla_1.3.7.4-1_i386.deb
prozilla configuration file located in / etc / prozilla.conf
now you can download with faster speed
