After all is installed go to system → preferences → compiz config settings manager to begin to arrange the desktop in order to become more beautiful. To run compiz fusion icon auto start go to system → preferences → startup application, choose add new fill in the name of Compiz fusion icon, the command must be filled "fusion-icon-no-start". icon compiz fusion icon will be on the panel. Right click it and you will see several menus that allows us to set the display as selecting window manager (metacity or compiz) and a other options.
